Dr. Daniel Kellner is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Urology at Yale University, School of Medicine. He is an expert in treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and in the use of minimally invasive techniques for treating urological conditions. He acknowledges the importance of effective communication in working with older people with urological conditions and the significant improvement in quality-of-life effective treatment can provide. 

 

Dr. Kellner’s presentation will address the common problem of benign prostate hyperplasia in older males, the symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment for this condition. He will also discuss maintaining prostrate health and the ongoing controversies with screening for prostate cancer.
