What Are The Fees?
Annual fees are $995 for a household and $740 for a single individual. Payments may be made annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly. 

Membership Plus Program

Households whose income is below $64,000 or individuals whose income is below $55,000.The fees are $495 annually for households and $360 for individuals.
